Our staff at BonitoStrips.com are experienced charter captains who have perfected the art cutting, brining, and trolling strip baits. We can also provide expert advice and recommendations to help you choose the right baits, lures, and plan your fishing trips.

Our 3-step process starts with fresh-caught fish that go through an initial brining as soon as they are landed on the boat. Then the fish are filleted and brined again the same day back at the dock. After a drying process, the strips are cut and vacuum sealed to preserve freshness.
